Grapes: 100% Sauvignon blanc grown in our own vineyards.Vinification process is careful harvest. The harvested grapes are softly pressed every 15 minutes in order to keep scents and aromas. The clean must ferments at a temperature of 18 –19°C. Then the wine ages for 5 months in steel tanks on its noble lees, in order to exalt the varietal characteristics before being released into the market

Taste: dry, fresh and lingering.
